Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as you will be agreeing to them when you place a Booking for a Flight Voucher with us.

Voucher Purchase:

1. This voucher may be transferred to another person provided you tell us in writing. All terms and conditions will still apply.

2. It is our intention that all the terms of the contract between us are contained in these terms and conditions and in the brochures and associated documents issued by us.

Our obligations to you:

1. The voucher will entitle you to participate in a Hot Air Balloon flight experience at a date, to be arranged, within 12 months of its purchase.

2. The voucher is not redeemable for cash.

3. Hot air balloon flights are completely dependant on the weather. Cancellations are made in the interest of passenger safety and may be made at short notice on the day of your flight or by the pilot in command at the launch site. Flights should be rebooked by or on behalf of the passenger, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am to 1pm.

4. Flights last approximately 1 hour but the pilot has ultimate responsibility for deciding the duration of any flight and the appropriate time and place of landing. We cannot guarantee that a flight will follow any particular direction.

5. If we have to postpone your flight on six or more occasions during the main flying season, and your voucher is due to expire, we will extend the validity period of your voucher to include the next three months of the flying season, which is April to October.

6. We will make you a refund less our reasonable administration costs in the following circumstances;- If you die or it is certified by a doctor that there is no possibility that you will be medically fit to fly (other than by reason of pregnancy) during the validity period of your voucher.

7. If you are unable to fly during the validity period of your voucher because
you are pregnant we will extend the validity period by nine months.

8. Our administration costs are 40% of the voucher price.

9. We do not accept liability for any expenses you incur in the event of a flight postponement which is beyond our control.

10. Vehicles and their contents are left at the meeting point entirely at your risk. No liability can be accepted for any loss or damage.

Your obligations to us:

1. Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If your flight is not taken within that time, you will lose the right to participate in a flight, unless you have booked flights on six occasions during the main flying season which have had to be postponed, or the validity period of the voucher has been extended for some other reason under these terms and conditions.

2. You must telephone to check that the flight has not been affected by adverse weather conditions in accordance with our instructions.You may postpone your flight by giving no less than 72 hours notice.

3. If you do not give notice of postponement in accordance with the paragraph above or do not attend in time to take part in your booked flight, you will not be entitled to a re-scheduled flight nor to any refund.

4. Your safety is paramount during all stages of the flight; you must obey all instructions given by the pilot and ground crew. The pilot at his sole discretion may refuse to allow any person to take part in a flight in the interests of flight safety.

5. You should wear appropriate clothing as advised to you in advance of the flight.
